No. SSAT score reports do not provide any spencific text or note that a test was taken with accommodations.
Do note that depending upon the accommodation, such as a laptop accommodation for the writing sample for a paper-based test, it may be possible for a score recipient to recognize an accommodation was used, even if it isn't specifically or officially reported.
